The Company received notification on 24th April 2007 that Cavendish Asset
Management holds 1,010,000 ordinary shares in the Company and Cavendish
Opportunities Fund holds 725,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Combined this
represents 8.9 per cent of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
