    Director's Share Transfer

    Cobra received notification on 16 September 2008 that Nigel Slater, a non executive director of the Company has transferred 130,000
ordinary shares in the Company to his personal SSIP. 

    As a result of this transfer there is no change in Nigel Slater's total shareholding in the Company which is currently 139,000 ordinary
shares, representing 0.31% of the issued share capital of the Company, or the beneficial ownership.
