CINEWORLD GROUP PLC (the "Company")
The Company has received a notification pursuant to the
requirements of Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation
(2014/596/EU) ("MAR") in respect of the following event:
On 6 December 2018, ordinary shares in the Company were allotted
and issued to Matthew Eyre, a person discharging managerial
responsibilities of the Company, following exercise of an option
held under the Cineworld Group 2007 Sharesave Scheme.
The Notification of Dealing Form provided in accordance with the
requirements of MAR in relation to the exercise is set out
below.
This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations
under Article 19(3) of MAR.
