Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Circassia Pharmaceuticals plc ("Circassia" or "the Company")
(LSE: CIR) announces that, further to the announcement made on
16(th) July 2018, 23,725,800 Ordinary Shares have been admitted to
the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market
for listed securities (together, "Admission").
In accordance with the requirements of the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Circassia confirms that the Company's
issued share capital consists of 357,192,062 Ordinary Shares, each
with equal voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are
required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest,
in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
