Registrars, Computershare Investor Services PLC, that Mr
Joe Roach, an Executive Director of
the Company, acquired 5,441 Ordinary Shares on 13 May 2016, pursuant to the Charles Taylor plc
Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at 275.99p per share.
Following this announcement Mr Roach and his connected persons
hold a total of 272,074 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.41% of the
total voting rights of the Company.
Charles Taylor plc further announces that it has been advised by
its Registrars, Computershare Investor Services PLC, that Mr
Barnabas Hurst-Bannister, a
Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 215 Ordinary Shares
on 13 May 2016, pursuant to the
Charles Taylor plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at 275.99p per
share.
Following this announcement Mr Hurst-Bannister and his connected
persons hold a total of 8,817 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.01%
of the total voting rights of the Company.
Charles Taylor plc further announces that it has been advised by
its Registrars, Computershare Investor Services PLC, that Mr
Jeremy Grose, a PDMR of the Company,
acquired 241.643175 Ordinary Shares on 13
May 2016, pursuant to the Charles Taylor plc Dividend
Reinvestment Plan in respect of his shares held in a Vested Share
Account with Computershare, at 275.99p per share.
Following this announcement Mr Grose and his connected persons
hold a total of 40,863.576945 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.06%
of the total voting rights of the Company.
