Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or the "Company") today announced that
Alistair Powell, Product Development Director, has resigned from the Board and
left the Company with immediate effect to pursue other business interests.

Brian Hendon, Chairman, said: "We thank Alistair for his efforts and
contribution to the Company over the last 14 years and wish him success in his
future endeavours."
