Long Term Incentive Plan Awards
CVS, the UK's leading provider of veterinary services, announces
that it made a grant of awards over the Company's ordinary shares
of 0.2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the CVS Group Long Term
Incentive Plan 2017 ("LTIP") to the Directors detailed in the table
below:

The awards will vest in three years' time subject to certain
performance criteria related to earnings per share growth over a
