Announcement of Net Asset Value as at 31 January, 2017

The Company announces that the unaudited net asset value per share as at 31 January, 2017 was 132.88p amounting to a net asset value of GBP33,527,882.96.

Overview

The Company is a Guernsey registered, closed-ended investment company which is traded on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.

At the annual general meeting of the Company held on 4 May, 2016 the resolution put to shareholders, that the Company continue its business as a closed-ended investment company was not passed. On 23 June, 2016 the Company announced that the Directors proposed to commence an orderly realisation of the Company's assets. This process is expected to take approximately 18 months. Capital will be returned by way of distribution to shareholders and a number of such distributions will take place.
