Grant of Options
The Company notifies that, on 24 September 2019, it granted
1,442,500 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Options") to various employees of the
Company and the following persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMRs"), pursuant to the Company's share option
plan adopted by the Board on 29 October 2013:
