Notice of under subscriptions for Open Offer

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG.L & ASX: ESV.AX), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, advises that it has received applications for a total of 20,645,928 shares under the Open Offer including applications for Excess Shares. All applications for Excess Shares will be granted. The Company has also received excess demand for the remaining Open Offer shares and is considering whether or not to place them with investors. A further announcement will go out in due course.
