Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the
market of the following:
Pursuant to the issue of 25,934
Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's
2014 Long Term Incentive Plan, the
Company's issued share capital as at 31 May 2024, comprises
603,463,617 Ordinary shares of 1p each. No shares are held in
treasury.
Therefore, the total number of
voting rights in the Company is 603,463,617 and should be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of notifiable
interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the
FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
