Result of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of essensys plc was held at Aldgate
Tower, 7th Floor, 2 Leman Street, London, United Kingdom on 1
December 2022 at 9:30 a.m..
All 14 resolutions put to members were passed on a poll.
Resolutions 1 to 12 were passed as ordinary resolutions and
resolutions 13 and 14 were passed as special resolutions.
