Holding in Company and Trading Update


The Company was notified today that as of the 1 March 2007, PIHL Equity LLP no
longer holds any ordinary shares of the  Company.  Furthermore, by virtue of
their material interest in the partnership capital of PIHL Equity LLP, Nicholas 
Mark Leslau and Nigel William Wray no longer have a notifiable interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company.

The Board wishes to thank the directors of PIHL for the support they have shown
the Company during our transition into  a focused, profitable licensed retailing
business.

Current trading at the Food & Drink Group remains strong, with like-for-like
sales after 22 weeks of the financial year  up 5.5%.  In delivering this
performance, each division of the business is generating positive like-for-like
sales.
