    Resignation of Nomad

    The Company announces that KBC Peel Hunt Ltd has tendered its resignation as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company, with immediate
effect.

    Under Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company is required to appoint a new Nominated Adviser within one month, failing which
the admission of its securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
