Forte Energy NL ("Forte Energy" or "The Company") (ASX/AIM: FTE) 
 
The  Company advises that an Appendix 3B form was lodged on the Australian Stock Exchange today confirming 
the issue of 1,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of 3 cents per share, raising $30 before costs. 
 
The  shares  were  issued  pursuant  to a prospectus dated 12 March 2013.  The  prospectus  was  issued  to 
facilitate  secondary trading of the Placement Shares issued to Darwin Strategic Limited on  6  March  2013 
under the GBP10 million equity finance facility announced on 15 February 2013. 
 
Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on both the ASX and AIM.  Trading in 
the new shares is expected to occur on AIM on around 20 March 2013.
