The Company announces that Nick Brown, Group Managing Director
of the Company, has today notified the Company that he purchased a
total of 31,778 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price
of 413.81 pence per share on 18 and 19 December 2017.
Following this notification, Mr. Brown has a beneficial holding
of 1,002,585 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.7% of the issued
share capital of the Company) and has options over a maximum of
