Sale of Shares

On the 17th May 2006, Griffin Two Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of Griffin 
Group PLC disposed of 3,750,000 ordinary shares in Dovedale Ventures Plc.

Subsequent to this disposal Griffin Two Limited has an interest in 4,000,000 
ordinary shares of Dovedale Ventures Plc, representing approximately 8.6% of 
the issued share capital of the Company.
