Appointment of Chief Executive

Gaming Internet announces that David Graeme Sanderson will be joining the
Company as a director and Chief Executive with effect from the end of October
2000. The current chief executive, Ian Ryden, who has held this position since
its admission to AIM in January 2000 and who has overseen the development of
the Company's product portfolio, remains a director and will assist the new
Chief Executive for as long as required.

David Sanderson will be joining Gaming Internet from Carlton Digital Sales
Limited where he is Sales Director, having joined Carlton Television in 1992. 
Mr Sanderson has considerable experience and a broad range of contacts in the
media sector which will greatly assist Gaming Internet in achieving its
strategic objectives.

Gaming Internet recently announced the GobarkingMAD project in which the
Company has obtained web and broadcasting rights, including interactive and
m-commerce rights, to approximately 20% of the world's dog racing events.
GobarkingMAD will be a 24-hour interactive service with on-line gambling
facilities. The Company intends to shortlist a number of strategic partners to
realise the full potential both of this project and its other products
including Zap Casino, SportsMAD and Racing Network

Mr Sanderson has confirmed that this announcement contains all the information
required to be disclosed under paragraph 16.8(e) of the AIM Admission Rules.

Commenting on the appointment, the current Chief Executive, Ian Ryden, said:

"We have now assembled a core portfolio of content products and the stage has
been reached where we now need to secure the right delivery platforms for this
portfolio. We are therefore delighted to have secured the services of David
Sanderson who has the ideal experience to maximise the potential of the
business."
