EMS signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with IT Care (Shanghai
Listed)
EMS Wiring Systems Pte Ltd (EMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of
GST, signed a Strategic Cooperation agreement with IT Care Ltd (a
Shanghai listed public company operating in the ICT Infrastructure
and technology development space).
As part of its overall strategy, GST partners with significant
players in the ICT Infrastructure industry to enhance networking
and to increase its product offering. As part of this cooperation
agreement, IT Care and GST will be sharing marketing and potential
client information to benefit both businesses. GST will also assist
IT Care with the execution of projects outside of China.
IT Care has developed cutting edge hologram technology with
their patented HoloFan hologram invention. GST will be adding the
HoloFan product to the services it offers to ICT clients. A
hologram is the latest technology that enhances a business'
presentation of its products to consumers, without the high cost of
actual demonstration models.
Pierre Fourie, Group Managing Director of GST, commented: "The
company is delighted to partner with such a prestigious Chinese
business. This partnership will enable GST to increase shareholder
value through innovative product offerings and strong
networking."
About GST
GST builds on the profitable ICT business of its Singaporean
subsidiary EMS Wiring Systems, which has been supplying governments
and large private organisations with intelligent building solutions
for the last 28 years. GST's strategy is to develop solutions to
meet the needs of the ICT industry, acting on the surging
opportunities in the technology and innovation sectors - Data
Centres, Intelligent Buildings, Smart Cities and the Internet of
Things - and particularly targeting emerging markets where the
demand for ICT infrastructure is increasing rapidly.
