                    Warrant exercise and application to AIM

Pursuant to the exercise by Adrian Bradshaw of a warrant over 217,500 new
ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 60p per share, the Company has today issued and allotted the New Ordinary
Shares and applied for them to be admitted to the Alternative Investment Market
of the London Sotck Exchange. Such admission is expected to become effective on
Wednesday 12 February 2003.
