Results of General Meeting
and Total Voting Rights
Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global
advanced materials group, is pleased to announce that further to
the Company's announcement of 25 October
2024, at the General Meeting held earlier
today all Resolutions were duly passed by shareholders.
The number of votes lodged by proxy
for and against each of the resolutions proposed, and the number of
votes withheld, were as follows:

appointments giving discretion to the Chairman have been included

The Fundraising remains conditional
upon the Placing Agreement becoming unconditional in all respects
and upon Admission, which is expected to occur on 14 November
2024.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission on 14 November
2024, the Company will have in issue 3,759,095,958 Ordinary Shares,
with no shares held in treasury. Shareholders may use this figure
as the denominator by which they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
