Issue of Shares



Further to the Company's announcement on 19 September 2006, the Company has
allotted to Mr Keith MacGregor 332,089 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the
Company, at a price of 4 pence per share. This completes the payments due to Mr
MacGregor in relation to employment and expenses reimbursement. Mr MacGregor
will continue to assist the Company as a consultant and he maintains his
entitlement to a royalty on the sales of Ebiox products.



Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM. The
shares are expected to start trading on 9 October 2006, bringing the issued
share capital of the Company to 202,599,024.
