Board change

Healthcare Enterprise Group plc (AIM: HCEG, "HCEG", or "the Group") announces
that Nigel Wray, non-executive Director, has resigned from the Board with
immediate effect. Mr Wray, who has many other business interests, including
seats on other public and private company boards, has advised that his other
interests mean he does not have the time available to devote to the Group as he
would like, and that he would rather make the position available to be filled by
someone who will be able to actively assist in the regrowth of the Group.

Mr Wray has been involved with the Group since its inception, and has served on
the Board for almost three years. The Board thanks Nigel for his contribution
over that time and wishes him well for the future.

Mark Tompkins, Chairman, said:

"I would also like to extend my thanks to Nigel for his support and involvement
with the Group. We are delighted that he has an ongoing relationship with the
Group through his continuing share ownership and having opted to support
directly our Fertiligent product as announced separately today. "
