Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF (the "Company") was notified on 20
February 2008 that on the same day Mr Frederiksen, a Director of the Company,
bought 31,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.5863 GBP.
Following the transaction, Mr Frederiksen has an interest of 31,000 Ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 0.027% of the voting rights and of the
ordinary share capital of the Company, all of which are held beneficially.
