Grant of
Options under Sharesave Scheme
Inspiration Healthcare Group plc
(AIM: IHC), the global medical device company, announces that it
has granted a total of 318,730 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Options") on 28 March 2024, under the
Company's Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme"), including a total of
5,225 Options to one Person Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as detailed below.
The Scheme is available to all
employees subject to qualifying conditions. The Scheme was
introduced to encourage wider employee share ownership of the
Company. The Options are exercisable after three years at an
exercise price of 28.4 pence, being a 20 per cent. discount to the
closing price on 5 March 2024.
