Statement
i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a
leading provider of cloud-based strategy applications designed for
the Global 5000, provides the following trading update in advance
of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 11:00 am
today.
The Company has continued to
demonstrate steady progress, aligning with the Board's strategic
focus for FY24.
Since the start of the current
financial year, ending 30 September 2024, the Company has secured
three new logos, each with considerable expansion potential, and
expanded within five customer accounts. The Company is actively
pursuing several larger scale opportunities that are currently in
the pipeline.
The Board's attention remains firmly
focused on ensuring the adequacy of our cash resources and
executing mindful investment decisions as we steer i-nexus towards
a positive Adjusted EBITDA position.
We continue to explore opportunities
for product innovation, with one proof of concept product being
trialed with prospects. Additionally, following the previously
announced loss of our last remaining client using the older, highly
customised version of the i-nexus software, effective at the
calendar year end, we are now realising the benefits of a more
focused development effort.
Many of the seven customers secured
last year, spanning several new verticals, are now successfully
deployed and are in active conversations about expanding their use
of the software, demonstrating the Company's ability to adapt and
cater to diverse markets. This is testament to our belief that all
companies, regardless of their industry or size, can benefit from a
well-executed strategy.
Our accomplishments since the start
of the current financial year are a reflection of our strategic
focus and the market opportunity that lies ahead. The Board is
optimistic about the direction in which the business is heading and
we look forward to sharing our continued progress.
