Result of Zero Dividend Preference Shareholders' Meeting

Following the Zero Dividend Preference Shareholders' Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Board is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders were passed.

A copy of the Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014, which contains the full text of the resolutions in the Notice of Zero Dividend Preference Shareholders' Meeting, was submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 1 May 2015 and is available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
