Jupiter Dividend & Growth Trust PLC ('the Company')

3(rd) Interim Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company have today declared the payment of a 3(rd) interim dividend of 0.25p (net) per Ordinary Income share (which compares with 0.20p (net) declared for the previous quarter) and a 3(rd) interim dividend of 0.70p (net) per Common share (which compares with the 0.56p (net) declared for the previous quarter), both for the year ending 31 December 2015.

The dividends will be paid on 20 November 2015, to shareholders on the register as at 30 October 2015, and are in accordance with the relative entitlements of the Ordinary Income shares and the Common shares to the distributable profits of the Company under the Company's Articles of Association. The ex-dividend date is 29 October 2015.
