Kromek (AIM: KMK), a radiation detection technology company
focusing on the medical, security and nuclear markets, announces
that it has today received notification that Dr. Arnab Basu, Chief
Executive Officer of the Company, today exercised options over
800,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") pursuant to the EMI share option scheme.
Following the purchase, Dr. Basu has an interest in 2,872,000
Ordinary Shares representing 1.89% of the entire current issued
share capital of the Company.
