ended 31 March 2020, including the Notice of the 2020 Annual

The AGM will be held at Unit 1 Swallow Park, Finway Road, Hemel
Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7QU on 2 September 2020 at 12.30pm.

the AGM this year will not be open for shareholders to attend in
