Appointment of Chief
Executive Officer
Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading
provider of cloud, network and security managed communications
services, is delighted to announce the appointment of Dan Davies as
Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
Dan assumed the role of Interim CEO
of the Company in February 2024, having previously been Chief
Technology Officer and an Executive Director since 2020. He has
held senior positions at Maintel since 2014.
The Company has been on a journey to
pivot from a generalist to a highly skilled specialist across three
high-growth technology segments; Unified Communications &
Collaboration, Customer Experience and Security & Connectivity.
This refocused strategy was underpinned by the relaunch of the
Maintel brand in November 2024, which successfully framed the
strategy for the Company's people, customers and
prospects.
The Company continues its search for
a new Independent Non-Executive Chairman to support the Executive
team and will provide an update in due course.
