Manolete (AIM:MANO), the leading UK-listed insolvency litigation financing company, announces that on 31 July 2023, the deferred bonus award granted to Mark Tavener for the Company's financial year ended 31 March 2022, comprising of an option over 16,058 ordinary shares of GBP0.004 each, vested in full. The option has a per share exercise price equal to the nominal value of a share.
