Medusa Mining Limited ("Medusa" or the "Company") announces that Geoffrey Davis, Chairman purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 3 May 2013. The ordinary shares were acquired in an on market transaction for a total consideration of A$131,820.00.

Further to the purchase of ordinary shares as described above, Mr Davis is now directly interested in 4,102,750 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 2.17% of the issued share capital.

Medusa also announces that Robert Weinberg, Non-executive Director purchased 2,700 ordinary shares in the company on 3 May 2013. The ordinary shares were acquired in an on market transaction for a total consideration of GBP4,883.625.

Further to the purchase of ordinary shares as described above, Mr Weinberg is now directly interested in 62,675 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital.
