The Company announces that it was notified on 3 June 2003 that one of its
directors, R W Stevens had on the same date sold 7,000,000 0.1p ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 2.25p per share.  R W Stevens now holds 232,000,000
0.1p ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 80 per cent. of
the issued share capital.
