Notification of a transaction by a director's connected
person
Andrew Walker is a member of the board of directors of Forum
European Realty Income III GP Limited, the general partner of Forum
European Realty Income III L.P. ("the Fund") and a member of the
investment committee for the Fund. Accordingly, Andrew Walker is
deemed to be interested in shares held by the Fund.
The Company advises that:
On 20 May 2015, the Company was advised that the Fund has sold
500,000 shares in the Company at GBP3.15 per share and sold a
further 450,000 shares in the Company at GBP3.18 per share. Both
sales took place on 20 May 2015 via the London Stock Exchange.
Following the sale of these shares, the Fund holds 6,648,418
shares in the Company, which is 5.23% of the Company's total voting
rights.
