Notification of Directors shareholding
 
Oasis announces that it has today been informed that the beneficial interest 
of  Michael Bennett has been reduced from 6,158,211 Oasis ordinary shares 
of 10p each (representing 11.74 % of the issued share capital) by the transfer 
of 400,000 shares to Trusts for the benefit of his children and he now has a 
beneficial interest in 5,758,211 shares (representing 10.98 % of the issued 
share capital. The 400,000 shares have been transferred to Trusts in which 
Maurice Bennett has a non-beneficial interest and his non-beneficial interest 
has increased from 831,365 shares (representing 1.58 % of the issued share 
capital) to 1,231,365 shares (representing 2.35 % of the issued share 
capital). John Bennett has a beneficial interest in 100,000 of these shares 
and his beneficial interest has increased from 213,718 shares (representing 
0.41 % of the issued share capital) to 313,718 shares (representing 0.60 % of 
the issued share capital).
