Following the acquisition of 835,803 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Setanta Asset Management Limited is now the holder of 14,076,466 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 11.21% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
