The Prospectus will, following publication, also be available from the Company's registered office at Kingston Chambers, PO Box 173, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, The Shard, Level 8, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG during usual business hours on any day (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
