Director's Share Purchase

Plus500, a leading online service provider for retail customers to trade CFDs internationally, announces that it has today received notification that, on 24 November 2015, Mr. Charles Fairbairn, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 70,247 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 349.3 pence per share and Charles' wife, Susan Fairbairn purchased 4,892 Ordinary Shares at a price of 349.0 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Charles Fairbairn has a direct and indirect interest in 250,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.22% of Plus500's issued share capital.
