Promethean World Plc (LSE: PRW) announces that on 26(th) March 2013 the following awards in respect of ordinary 10p shares in Promethean were made by the Company to members of the Company's Senior Management Team under the Promethean Performance Share Plan 2011 ("PSP").

The PSP awards are structured as nil cost options or as conditional rights to acquire shares, in each case requiring no payment by the individual to acquire the shares.

Neil Johnson's award is subject to financial performance conditions over a 3 year period and vest on the third anniversary of grant. The awards made to the remaining PDMR's are not subject to performance conditions and such awards will vest on an annual basis over a 3 year period.
