PDMR Share Awards

Promethean World Plc (LSE: PRW) announces that on 8(th) May 2013 the following members of the Company's Senior Management Team ("PDMRs") received ordinary shares of 10p each in Promethean, from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, under the Promethean Performance Share Plan 2011 ("PSP") as a consequence of the vesting of their conditional share awards granted in 2012.

The number of ordinary shares vesting and ultimately acquired by the PDMRs is shown in the table below. Lupita Knittel and Ken Uhlig have elected to sell a proportion of their vested shares in order to settle their tax liability accruing upon vesting.
