PDMR Share Option Vesting

Promethean World Plc (LSE: PRW) announces that on 8 May 2014 the following members of the Company's Senior Management Team ("PDMRs") received from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ordinary shares of 10p each in Promethean under the Promethean Performance Share Plan 2011 ("PSP") as a consequence of the vesting of their conditional share awards granted in 2012.

The number of ordinary shares vesting and ultimately acquired by the PDMRs is shown in the table below. Lupita Knittel elected to sell a proportion of her vested shares in order to settle her net tax liability accruing upon vesting.
