As  at the close of business on  31 July 2010, the estimated Net Asset Value per 
ordinary  share ("NAV per share") of  the Company was 39.52p.  This represents a 
loss  of 0.6 per cent  on the NAV  per share since  30 June 2010.  The estimated 
fully diluted NAV per share was 38.61p.
