DIRECTOR DEALINGS

The Company announces that Mr  Dennis Bate, a non executive  director
of the Company, yesterday purchased 25,000 shares in the Company at a
price of 345p.  Following this purchase  Mr Bate has  an interest  in
50,000  ordinary  shares  representing  0.30%  of  the  issued  share
capital.
