                            Further re Notice of EGM 
 
 
The Directors of Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited (LSE:QOGT) announce 
that, in light of representations received from a number of Shareholders, the 
Chairman intends to move a proposal at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be 
held on 19 August 2010 that the meeting be adjourned to allow for further 
consideration to the Company's management arrangements. 
 
The Directors, through the Company's corporate broker, continue to hold 
discussions with Shareholders and other interested parties with a view to 
agreeing a process to reach a resolution in Shareholders' interests as soon as 
possible. The Directors continue to believe that it is appropriate for 
Shareholders as a whole to vote on the appointment of the Company's ongoing 
investment manager, in light of written proposals detailing the mandate and 
terms of appointment of the relevant investment manager.
