RAM INVESTMENT GROUP'S PLC SUBSIDIARY, RAM VISION LIMITED, SIGNS PARTNERSHIP AND 
SUPPLY AGREEMENT FOR SUPERIOR QUALITY SCREEN HARDWARE. 
 
 
 
RAM Vision's expanding digital estate in UK shopping malls will be enhanced next 
year by the installation of the latest generation of large iconic screens. The 
agreement has been signed with MMD-Philips. 
 
MMD-Philips is a wholly owned subsidiary of TPV Technology Limited, the largest 
monitor maker in the world. TPV operates an exclusive brand licence with 
Philips, the Electronics giant. 
 
The agreement includes an underwritten buyback guarantee for the hardware. 
 
Since the buyback guarantee makes the acquisition of the screens a proposition 
for asset finance the company is in advanced talks with prospective lenders. 
 
RAM Vision is currently contracted to, and broadcasting in, 41 UK shopping 
malls; it plans to grow its digital estate to 74 malls in 2011. 
 
Tim Baldwin, the Executive Chairman of Ram comments: 
 
'The provision of superior screens from a top quality brand is excellent news 
for the company. Moreover the beneficial consequence of the buyback guarantee is 
that the digital estate will now expand with recourse to fewer group funds.  As 
growth proceeds, economies of scale with have a strongly positive effect on 
earnings.'
