Acquisition Funding Update

Further to the announcement made by Robinson on 11 February 2021, the Company is pleased to announce that the Group has now agreed new facilities of in total GBP12m with HSBC UK Bank. In respect of the newly acquired Danish subsidiary, Schela Plast A/S's borrowings remain with Danish lenders.
