The Rank Group Plc ('Rank') will announce its interim results
for the six months ended 31 December 2017 on Thursday, 1 February
2018.

Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker
Rank is also pleased to announce the appointment of Goodbody
Stockbrokers UC ("Goodbody") to act as joint corporate broker with
immediate effect. Goodbody will act alongside Peel Hunt LLP, Rank's
existing corporate broker.
