HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

The Company was notified on 29th October 2003 by Canaccord Capital (Europe) 
Limited ("Canaccord") that on 22nd October 2003 it had acquired 100 million 
ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 6% of the total issued 
ordinary share capital of the Company. On the same date Canaccord placed those 
shares with a number of shareholders. Canaccord therefore no longer has a 
notifiable interest in the Company.
