The board of Silverdell was informed on 14 December 2012 that on that day, Andrew Owen McGee, a vendor of EDS Group Holdings Ltd, sold 37,395,188 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. McGee's total beneficial interest in the Company is 12,150,266 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.9 per cent. of its issued share capital.

The Company released Mr. McGee from his undertaking not to dispose of Ordinary Shares, as announced on 30 May 2012, to undertake this sale in order to satisfy institutional demand. Such undertaking remains in place over his residual holding of Ordinary Shares.
